This cookie statement explains which cookies www.powerq.eu (hereinafter: “the Website”) places and why.
2. The current situation in outline
The Website places necessary, first-party cookies and, once you have given your consent, analytical cookies from Google Analytics 4. There are no third-party marketing or tracking cookies on the Website.

These cookies are necessary for the Website to function and to keep it secure. No consent is required for them.

3.2 Analytical cookies
PowerQ uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) from Google (United States) for visitor statistics. These cookies are only placed after you have given your consent for them via the cookie banner.

3.3 Marketing and tracking cookies
At present no third-party marketing or tracking cookies are placed on the Website (no social media embeds, no advertising pixels). PowerQ uses HubSpot for CRM and marketing in general, but not by means of a tracking script on this Website. As soon as that changes, this section will be supplemented with the cookies concerned.
4. Consent and the cookie banner
For as long as you have not given consent, only the necessary cookies set out in section 3.1 are placed and the Analytics script remains blocked. As soon as you give your consent, Google Analytics 4 is loaded as well.
The cookie banner (the Statamic add-on duncanmcclean/cookie-notice) works as follows:
two categories: “Necessary” (switched on by default and cannot be switched off) and “Analytics” (switched off by default);
a footer link “Cookie settings” allowing you to change your choice later;
bilingual display (Dutch/English);
refusing and accepting are given equal prominence: two checkboxes and a single “Save preferences” button, with no dominant “accept all” button.
5. Managing or deleting cookies
You can change your cookie preferences for the Website at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the Website. You can also manage, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking necessary cookies may mean that (parts of) the Website no longer function properly.
6. Changes to this cookie statement
We may amend this cookie statement, for example when new cookies are added or when legislation and regulations give cause to do so. The most recent version can always be consulted on the Website.
