With the strategy from phase 01 as the framework, we run tenders and click moments in every European market where you operate. Fixed, click, structured or PPA: the form follows the mandate, not the mood of the day. We spread purchasing moments, monitor the timing and document every decision, so you can always show why what was bought was bought. No trading book, no position for our own account: we act solely on your behalf.
Tenders in every European market where you operate, run on your behalf.
Every energy market has its own suppliers, products and conventions. We run tenders locally, with identical specifications in every request, so that bids are genuinely comparable, and you are not comparing apples with pears because each supplier uses its own format.
When contracts are expiring, with new sites or countries, when you are dissatisfied with the current supplier, or when the mandate calls for a new purchasing moment.
Sharp, mutually comparable bids and a documented award decision, signed at the moment the strategy prescribes, not when a salesperson calls.
Market scan and supplier longlist per country
Request with identical specifications for every bid
Negotiation on price, flexibility and terms
Award recommendation with full documentation
Every purchasing decision traceable to the mandate you set.
A sound procurement strategy is aimed at controlling risk and at the long term. That is why we take no decision outside the mandate: click moments, hedge ratios and spread are fixed in advance, and every execution is reported. Decisions are made quickly, and they stay traceable and well substantiated.
When price spikes lead to panic decisions, when procurement choices are criticised after the fact, or when several stakeholders share the same budget.
Calm in execution: clicks and tenders at agreed moments, with a record per decision showing how it fits within the mandate.
Click moments and hedge ratios in line with the risk strategy
Purchasing moments spread across the term
Monthly position and market update
Escalation to you only when the mandate requires it
45 minutes. No proposal. We look together at the portfolio you already have (invoices, contracts, site overview) and tell you what coordinated procurement under a single mandate would change about your rate, your risk profile and your CSRD evidence.
A sharp price is worth nothing from a supplier that collapses.
The supplier failures of recent years showed what happens when only price is considered: customers fell back on emergency suppliers at day rates. We screen every counterparty before anything is signed, and keep doing so throughout the term.
With new or unfamiliar suppliers, foreign markets, long terms, structured products or PPAs with a single counterparty.
Only suppliers that can carry the full term of your contract, and an early signal when a counterparty's risk profile changes.
Creditworthiness and solvency analysis per counterparty
Track record and security of supply per market
Assessment of parent guarantees and collateral
Periodic reassessment throughout the term
There is no single best moment; anyone who promises one is speculating. We work the other way round: the mandate sets in advance at which price levels and at which moments purchasing takes place, and we spread purchasing moments across the term. That way you are never dependent on one decision on one day.
We also follow the market daily. As soon as the market reaches levels defined in your mandate as a buying moment, we execute, documented and traceable.
With fixed, you lock in the full price at once. With click, you buy the volume in tranches at moments you choose, spreading your exposure across the market. Structured combines fixed and flexible components, for example with a share at spot price. Which form fits follows from your risk profile, not from a supplier's preference.
Yes. We run tenders in every European market where you operate, with local market knowledge and supplier contacts. You keep one point of contact and one mandate; we handle execution per country.
No. How we are paid never determines which supplier you get. Where a supplier pays, every bidder in that market pays the same; platform, mandate and ESG services you always pay directly to us, never through a supplier. We agree it in advance and put it in writing before you sign, and we never work on a no cure, no pay basis. The full explanation per service and market is on the page How we earn
